As an NGO board member (JMI, Girls Rock Camp Alliance, AKKS) and through various leadership roles, I have had the joy of learning and practicing the many ways of facilitating collaborative processes. I believe in giving room for reflection, creating ambitious goals and ensuring a progression that keeps us inspired and energized.
